Tracy Leach – President/CEO

511 - bw (1)Tracy Leach, the founder of Providence Strategic Consulting, has over two decades in the political consulting and public affairs arena. The firm specializes in building winning coalitions for ballot initiatives as well as meeting the goals and objectives of those in business. Tracy has managed numerous city, county, state and federal candidates as well as issue-advocacy campaigns representing energy, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, housing development, non-profits, mining and many other outstanding industries. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants and the Public Relations Society of America.




Rachel Glauser – Communications Specialist

Rachel brings a wealth of campaign and business advocacy experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications. Rachel has worked on multiple candidate campaigns, statewide ballot initiatives, business advocacy and permitting projects. She specializes in insightful research, writing and attention to detail for our clients. Rachel is also the founder of Social Moxxy, a boutique public relations agency which specializes in social media and event planning. Rachel enjoys creating unique and healthy cuisine for her husband and sons, Austin and Beau.




Amanda Muneton Anaya – Senior Project Coordinator

Amanda was born and raised in Kern County. She joined the team in April 2016 after a year in the Bolthouse Farms Marketing department. Amanda holds a BA in Business Administration & Management from Fresno Pacific University, which she earned in May 2015. Her work experience and educational credentials make her an excellent addition to our team as Senior Project Coordinator where she will contribute to Latino outreach on behalf of our clients. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys nature and outdoor activities, baking, and spending time with her family.




Julie Bell – Senior Project Coordinator

Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fresno Pacific University and has a wealth of experience in event planning, coordinating, community relations and the elements needed to meet higher education requirements. Julie coordinates projects critical to meeting our clients’ objectives, and is our chief editor, specializing in attention to detail for our clients. In her spare time, Julie enjoys volunteering for her church, spending time outdoors when the weather is nice, eating frozen yogurt, and enjoying a delicious donut with a cup of coffee.




Madison Carter – Project Coordinator

Madison joined the Providence team as a full-time Project Coordinator in February 2017 and brings with her a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing, from California State University, Bakersfield. She was born and raised in Bakersfield and loves our local community. Madison has experience in event coordinating, marketing and administration, as well as education and experience in Graphic Design. She loves the multimedia arts, working with the public and plays a crucial role in the coordination of projects in order to meets our clients’ needs. When not at work, Madison will likely be found going for a run, playing with her dog or singing on stage at church.



Steven Gaede – Public Relations & Social Media Coordinator


Steven Gaede graduated from Cal State University, Bakersfield with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He joined the team in 2014 after cutting his teeth on CondorsTown ice, and brings along nearly three years of newspaper experience writing for CSUB’s The Runner. Steven has also increased company exposure throughout his work history by maintaining multiple social media accounts. In the office Steven can be heard tossing around creative ideas and bad puns. When he has free time, Steven likes to play hockey and cheer on the Miami Dolphins.




Tara Gallagher – Marketing & Special Projects Manager

Tara joined the Providence team in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from California Lutheran University. Tara began her tenure assisting with projects and conducting research, as well as coordinating all projects, calendars and technical needs. She currently oversees marketing efforts for our various projects and manages other facets of the business including human resources and technology. Tara also heads the marketing of our ‘slate mail’ marketing program for candidates and initiatives desiring influential direct mail for successful election strategy. In her spare time, Tara enjoys going to ball games with her husband, working out, and is a bona fide animal lover.



Lynn Hetrick – Office Manager
Lynn's photoLynn joined the team as our Office Manager in 2016 and is an expert in the realm of administration. Prior to joining our team Lynn graduated from Associated Builders and Contractors as an NCCER Field Manager and NCCER Safety Professional. Along with her diverse training, she brings years of customer service, management, and sales experience to the firm. Lynn keeps our office highly organized and positive with her upbeat, self-motivated attitude and love for interacting with people. Lynn is an enthusiastic team player with a knack for humor and loves going on trips with friends, exploring new restaurants, listening to music, playing with her two dogs, and watching the latest Netflix series.
