Jacqueline was born in San Jose, CA but has resided in Bakersfield most of her life. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and is currently studying for her master’s degree in public administration from California State University, Bakersfield. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has held business administrative and community support positions for public sector projects at the state and local levels. Her advocacy experience includes campaigning and managing projects to advance business initiatives and economic development. Jacqueline is dedicated to advancing her leadership skills and acumen in public affairs, while improving the quality of life in her local community.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, wine tasting, and spending time with friends and family.
