Sandra Ordonez-Rios is a native New Yorker who has recently moved to Downtown Bakersfield.
Sandra holds a Master’s in Sociology and over ten years of experience in marketing and communications for higher education institutions. Her specialty has been the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance the social media brand visibility at New York University, Stevens Institute of Technology, and St. John’s University. She has been an advocate for the role of social media in PR campaigns and crisis communications and has served as the liaison to bridge those different channels.
Sandra enjoys exploring the food scene in her new neighborhood with her family, engaging in STEM activities with her preschooler, and running. Her dream is to someday run the Boston marathon!
She looks forward to growing her career in Kern County and collaborating with the team at Providence.
