Selene was born and raised in Dinuba and earned her degree from California State University, Fresno. She brings more than 12 years of experience in strategic communications, executive messaging, and stakeholder engagement to Providence Strategic Consulting, with a background spanning agency work, higher education, public infrastructure, and global luxury brands.
Selene has managed public relations and communications for complex, high-visibility initiatives, including supporting the California High-Speed Rail project and serving as the communications lead for the launch of the Rolex Watchmaking Training Center. She was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree for her leadership and community impact in the Central Valley. A passionate advocate for the region, she has volunteered her expertise to help launch free marketing workshops for women entrepreneurs. Outside of work, Selene enjoys hiking with her family, traveling, and playing tennis.
